About us
We Know the System. We're On Your Side.
MY HEALTH MY RIGHT was founded on a simple belief: every NDIS participant deserves a coordinator who genuinely knows their rights and is willing to fight for them.
Our mission
Real Relationships. Real Outcomes.
We started MY HEALTH MY RIGHT because we saw too many participants leaving meetings confused, underfunded, and unsupported. The NDIS is a powerful system — but only if you know how to use it.
Our coordinators don't just manage plans. We sit with participants, listen to their lives, and build a picture of what genuine support looks like for them. Then we fight to make sure the plan reflects that.
We have deep knowledge of the NDIS Act, the 2026 Amendment, and the internal review and AAT appeal processes. When your funding is threatened, we know exactly what to do.
What we stand for
Our Values
Dignity
Every participant is treated as an expert in their own life. We listen before we act.
Transparency
We explain every decision, every process, and every option in plain language — no jargon.
Accountability
We follow through. If we say we'll advocate for you, we do — and we keep you informed every step of the way.
Knowledge
We invest in staying current with NDIS law, policy, and amendment changes so you don't have to.
Your rights
Every Participant Has Rights. We Help You Use Them.
Under the NDIS Act and the 2026 Amendment, participants retain fundamental rights that cannot be removed by budget pressure or administrative decisions.
Right to reasonable and necessary supports
Your plan must fund supports that are reasonable and necessary for your disability-related needs. This standard has not changed under the 2026 Amendment.
Right to choice and control
You have the right to choose your own providers and decide how your supports are delivered. No one can remove this right.
Right to a plan that reflects your real needs
Your plan must be based on your individual circumstances — not a template, not a budget target, not an algorithm.
Right to request a review
If you disagree with a funding decision, you have the right to request an internal review and, if needed, appeal to the AAT.
Right to an advocate
You can have a support coordinator, advocate, or support person present at any meeting or review. You never have to face the NDIS alone.
Right to dignity and respect
Every interaction with the NDIS and its providers must uphold your dignity. If it doesn't, that is a complaint we can help you make.
